Marketing Account Executive

Permanent, Full-time | Newbury | Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 DOE



Main duties

The Marketing Account Executive will build strong relationships with clients and support the wider team, working together to deliver great work.

  • Support the Account Manager in the successful delivery of all live projects whilst establishing yourself as key member of client service team
  • Undertake a key role in the end-to-end management and successful completion of key projects within an account
  • Write creative briefs, develop accounts and introduce services that support client needs
  • Ensure brand consistency across all work
  • Be the voice of the agency with your clients and the voice of the client with the internal team
  • Facilitating effective collaboration by fostering open, honest, and regular communication within the team and wider agency
  • Working with senior management to set budgets, monitor costs and profitability, ensure timely invoicing and payment of fees
  • Support the Account Manager in collating weekly reporting and end of campaign evaluations
  • Management of third-party suppliers when applicable, such as print and merchandise suppliers.

Skills and experience

  • Experience within print and digital marketing. Agency experience is a plus
  • Experience of working within in a team driving projects from initial briefing to delivery of final product
  • Educated to graduate level or equivalent
  • Understand and articulate the basics of advertising and marketing
  • Exceptional attention to detail and/or experience of quality control
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Organised, with a keen eye for detail
  • PC literate (competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint).

IAM – European Sales Manager

Permanent, Full-time | Newbury | Salary: DOE up to £25k



Due to the rapid expansion of Bluegrasscoms, we are looking to further expand our newest department.

The IAM (Independent Aftermarket Market) includes a team of people each assisting PSA Hub dealers within their allocated country.

PSA (Peugeot, Citroen & DS) Hub dealers will rely on this candidate for assistance in the smooth running of PSA related queries.

This is an amazing opportunity for a multilingual individual who can speak impeccable French and/or Spanish and/or German and/or Dutch and/or Flemish and/or Italian and, of course, English and who ideally has some knowledge of the parts industry.

Main duties

The European Account Manager duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Returning orders to the manufacturer
  • Assisting in claims when damaged parts are delivered
  • Parts identification queries
  • Tracking undelivered/back ordered parts
  • Other customer support queries

Skills and experience

  • Parts experience would be preferable
  • Excellent telephone manor
  • Willing to learn and take on new challenges
  • Positive personality who will fit into a young and vibrant team
  • IT Skills – ideally experience in SAP, Excel and Outlook

Sales Development Manager

Working on behalf of a Vehicle Manufacturer.

The candidate will need to have experience in a parts sales environment either factor background, main dealer or vehicle manufacturer and a proven track record of achieving sales results against targets.

A confident communicator, who will have the ability to build rapport quickly with customers, delivering the highest level of customer service.

You will have the drive to consistently meet and exceed customer needs and close deals effectively. Ability to develop Parts sales to our existing customer base and develop new parts accounts within our predetermined territory.

Telesales Executive

We are currently looking for a Telesales Executive to join our fast paced and vibrant telesales team!

Main duties

The role will involve working on behalf of several of our clients making outbound calls promoting offers and services to existing and potential customers. The role includes calling clients and customers to generate new leads as well as acting on existing leads. No two days are the same.

Skills and experience:

You will need to be an outgoing individual with the ability to speak to new people both face to face and over the phone. As this is a target based role you will need to have a high achievement drive and be self motivated to hit the targets set to you. Parts knowledge is desirable but not essential.

We currently provide services to PSA (Peugeot and Citroen) Vauxhall, Renault, Nissan, Ford, FCA Group, TPS, and Suzuki, as well as leading buying groups within the industry We are expanding into the other vehicle manufacturers and would like you on board to help with our expansion.
