Why Choose VISION?

In one typical instance we compared an estimate from Body Shop A and an invoice covering parts for the vehicle received by Dealer X. The invoice totaled £374.98 and covered six part lines. However, the estimate had eight part lines. A quick comparison showed that a headlamp and front bumper had been purchased in the aftermarket. In those two parts alone the dealer had lost sales of £198.00; equating to a 35 percent increase in business that can be recovered using VISION.

VISION

Problem:

Dealer X has an agreement with Body Shop A to act as an authorised repairer, the terms of which require the body shop to buy all genuine parts from the dealer. However, how can the dealer be sure that the body shop is adhering to the terms of the agreement? If questioned, the body shop can state that they are 100 percent loyal, but the dealer has no means of verifying this.

Solution:

Install the VISION software in the body shop. Immediately this will provide analysis of recent estimates to ascertain if the dealer is getting 100 percent of the body shop’s business. Going forward, VISION allows the dealer to be proactive against the parts that are being purchased in the aftermarket.
